When your machine or spindle is worn out, no longer produces quality results and is beyond field repair, BBM will expertly rebuild it to make it better than new. We remove all broken and worn parts; sandblast dirt, grime and rust off; repaint; and update with new parts and the latest technology. We even customize machines to produce parts specifically for your business needs.

OUR REBUILDING PROCESS

BBM rebuilds CNC machines to meet or exceed OEM standards. Our experts update the machines to the newest technology while not duplicating original defects to ensure the best machine is working for you.

EVALUATION

Using a thorough checklist, BBM techs do an evaluation to determine overall wear and what parts are needed to renew it.

STRIPPING & SANDBLASTING

We remove parts and expose metal for sandblasting. Our experts use pressurized sand to sandblast impurities, like rust and old paint for a good-as-new look and feel.

PAINTING

We repaint machines, using the latest epoxy technology to help prevent rust from occurring.

NEW PARTS

Our CNC Machine experts install new parts and components to meet BBM high-quality standards.

CALIBRATION

Once the machine or spindle is put back together, BBM runs full diagnostic and calibration procedures.

TESTING

Every restored machine runs through a complex 24 hour testing cycle. During this time, BBM technicians run through our quality control procedures. To ensure every machine meets our high quality standards.

REINSTALLATION

Don’t worry our re-installation team has you covered. We offer full installation and training to put your machine back into production.
