OUR STORY
BBM was founded more than a decade ago as a CNC machine restoration company. In repairing and remanufacturing hundreds of various brands of CNC machines, we saw the same recurring issues. We realized we could build a better CNC machine, and decided we should, because fabricators deserve better.
We shifted our mission from restoration to innovation, and set out to create our very own machinery, improved for power, durability and ease of use.
BIRTH OF THE PALADIN
Our first product, the PALADIN stone router, hit production in 2022, setting a new standard for CNC stone routers.
Every design element in our machines is carefully thought-out to improve the CNC machining experience for fabricators. We understand the pain points, and we’ve made it our mission to eliminate them.

Bryan Johnson
Founder & CEO of Better Built Machines
Bryan Johnson has dedicated his career to CNC machine engineering, programming and servicing. He founded BBM Machine in 2013, initially focusing on machine restoration. In 2022, Bryan shifted BBM's mission from restoration to manufacturing by introducing the PALADIN, the company's first CNC stone router. Now, Bryan and his dedicated team of experts continue to expand BBM, prioritizing customer feedback to enhance both hardware and software. Each sale contributes to customer success stories, aligning with BBM's core mission: Better Built Machines.
